HANDSWEN
The 32 panels are sewn together by hand using 630 double stitches and 60 corner stitches and are closed off – especially for VIGO – with a doubleknot. The ball lasts longer this way.
MACHINE SWEN
The machine stitched footballs are very similar to our hand-stitched ones. During production, the football panels are sewn together with a special sewing machine and a fine thread. Only soft, foamed materials can be used. The seam pattern is uneven, and the finishing stitching is always done by hand. While the end result does not reach the level of our hand-stitched footballs, a solid football is produced nevertheless.
THERMO BONDED
The thermo bonding method means that the panels are thermally glued and bonded by heat. There are no stitches, so the TB balls take up less water and keeps the original weight better when playing on a wet surface.
Our Quality
Basic
In our basic quality low-range footballs, we utilize PVC and TPU quality skin for the outer layer. The bladder employed is the Pakistan-made Butyl Bladder and Latex Bladder, ensuring reliability and durability. The weight of these balls typically falls within the range of 280 grams to 420 grams, depending on customer demand.
Standard
In our Standard quality footballs, we utilize PVC and synthetic leather quality skin for the outer layer. The bladder employed is the PU Bladder (Polyurethane) or Rubber Bladder. The weight of these balls typically falls within the range of 410 to 450 grams.
PREMIUM
In our premium quality footballs, we utilize leather and synthetic leather for the outer layer, ensuring durability and performance. The bladder employed is of high quality, providing optimal bounce and air retention. The weight of these balls typically falls within the range of 410 to 450 grams, ensuring consistency and adherence to professional standards.
